    Black Licorice products are only sold on our website at this time.
  • What happens if my order is incorrect?
    Check your receipt in order to make sure the order was placed correctly. If your order was incorrectly processed or shipped, please contact us so that we can reprocess your order as soon as possible.
  • What if an item is damaged when it arrives?
    Contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement item. Please provide the following items: Your order number A picture of the damaged item
  • What if an item is missing from my order?
    If you are missing an item, please contact us to have it replaced.
  • What payment forms do you accept?

  • When will you charge my credit card?
    Once your order is accepted, your credit card will be charged.
  • Is sales tax added to my purchase?
    It is required by law that the appropriate sales tax is applied to each purchase
  • What happens if my payment is declined?
    It may be an issue that has to be handled with your card issuer. Make sure the following information is provided and correct: Name Billing Address Card Number Security Code If your card declines, it is probably best that you check with your bank or credit card provider before trying it again to avoid overdrafts, penalties, and unnecessary fees.
  • Can I return international orders?
    All international orders must be returned within 60 days of the purchase.
  • What happens if I cancel my order?
    As soon as an order is submitted, we begin the process of delivering your products in a timely manner. However, we value or customers and respect your wish to cancel at any time.
  • How long does shipping take?
    If the orders are within the U.S., shipping usually takes approximately 3-5 business days. (The days and times will vary when priority or express mail options are selected.)
  • What happens if my package was marked as being delivered, but I still haven’t received it?"
    If your package was marked delivered and you haven’t received it, contact your local postal service or shipping courier for more details. Once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it being delivered to you. However, if you never receive your shipment, please notify us via email for more assistance.
  • What if my package was returned to sender?
    The following information can cause packages to be returned to sender: Invalid address Missing or incorrect apt/unit numbers Incorrectly spelled street names Incorrect zip codes Recently relocated addressee etc. Please double check your order and the information you provided. If your order is returned to sender and you’ve checked all of the above, please email us for more assistance.
